Our Students from International Class Attended HSW-WEMUN National Model United Nations Conference 2016 and were Awarded

On Oct 5-7, 2016, HSW-WEMUN National Model United Nations Conference 2016 was held in Sun Island Scenic Area, Harbin. A delegation of seven students from the our International Class, led by Zhao Jianjun, one of our teachers, attended the conference. Our students were awarded Best Delegation because of their wonderful performance. Zhang Wenxuan, a junior from International Elite Class was awarded Honorable Mention.
HSW-WEMUN National Model United Nations Conference is well-known in our country. Among the 7 students attending the conference, 6 students are freshmen from International Class. This is the first time for them to attend the NUNC. During the three-day conference, they concentrated on the conference and read documents during meal time. In addition, in order to try their best to make a good performance in the conference, they stayed up late and coffeed the night. All the 7 students has known the meaning of NUNC. Through the conference, they developed the ability of critical thinking and improved spoken English. As new members of Boyuan NUNC of our school, the experience they gained in the conference will also promote the development of our NUNC.
