A delegation of teachers and students from the Northwestern University of Applied Science and Arts in Solothurn, Switzerland, came to our school for an exchange visit

On the afternoon of April 2, 2019, the 18th “Focus on China” was organized by the Northwestern University of Applied Science and and The Arts in Solothurn, Switzerland came to our school for an exchange visit. Zhu Yuming, director of the Friends City of the People’s Association for Foreign Friendship of Gansu Province, and Jia Jinyuan, president of our School, accompanied the teachers and students to visit the school and educational and teaching facilities.
In the academic report hall of library, Principal Jia introduced the situation of running schools of The High School Attached to Northwest Normal University for the guests. The teachers and students of Swiss delegation praised The High School Attached to Northwest Normal University that not only preserves traditional Chinese culture, but also international characteristics. The two sides expressed the hope that the exchange will be used an opportunity to further enhance cooperation and communication.
After the symposium, the teachers and students of Swiss delegation and our school “Tianhe” choir, “Flying Sky” symphony orchestra perform instrumental music and other programs.
The wonderful program interaction between the two sides has brought each other closer and has enhanced the friendship between the two schools. Subsequently, teachers and students of both sides carried out in-depth exchanges.
Majors of Northwest university of applied sciences and arts in Soltotoun, Switzerland, has business, engineering, architecture, education, social sciences and other disciplines. It has 55 research institutes dedicated to applied technology research and development, consulting and higher professional education, which located in Orten, Solotoun, Switzerland. Since 1993, the school has organized a number of delegations to “Focus on China” in Gansu, enhanced the friendship between provincial schools, as well as promoted exchanges and cooperation between Gansu and the swiss of Solten, Solothurn.
