In the afternoon of May 8, “The Online Exchange Activities of Gansu-Shanghai Double First-class Universities Entering into the Senior High Schools” co-sponsored by the High School Attached to Northwest Normal University and other schools was held in the High School Attached to Northwest Normal University. Jing Xiaomin, vice president of the High School Attached to Northwest Normal University, Sun Longyu, deputy director of the Admissions Office of Lanzhou University, Lu Haifeng, director of the Student Development Center of the High school Attached to Northwest Normal University, and Wang Zhaofeng, director of the Senior Grade Three, attended the meeting.

Lu Haifeng made a theme sharing speech on the 2022 enrollment plan, training model, discipline advantages, employment direction, collaboration between university and the senior high school and other contents.

Wang Zhaofeng shared topics such as grade team building, student education, and the first unified examination of Lanzhou City in 2022.

Sun Longyu, deputy director of the Admissions Office of Lanzhou University, shared issues with students from Gansu Province, and it contained the many aspects of school enrollment plan, characteristics of multi-disciplinary collaborative development, cross-disciplinary advantages, teaching staff, further studies and employment, and voluntary application guidance.

Eight double first-class universities including Lanzhou University, Tongji University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Shanghai University, East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai Foreign Studies University, Donghua University and Shanghai University of Science and Technology exchanged and shared their respective specialties, employment directions and enrollment plans in 2022 through live and webcast interaction.
Jing Xiaomin, vice principal, said in his concluding speech that as the first batch of provincial demonstration high schools, the front-runner of high school education in Gansu Province, the experimental base for the exploration of high school education and teaching, and the concentration of top innovative talents in Gansu Province, the High School Attached to Northwest Normal University is willing to build an information exchange platform for candidates for the college entrance examination in Gansu Province. It is hoped that the double first-class universities participating in this meeting will make full use of information technology and big data to provide rich information for senior high schools and their students, especially to strengthen the planning and guidance for the students who are about to enter the second year of senior high school in Gansu Province to deal with the new college entrance examination; at the same time, we should take the initiative to strengthen communication and exchanges with senior high schools in Gansu Province through multiple channels and ways. I wish the graduate students of the year 2022 are able to concentrate on and move forward steadily to be enrolled into their ideal universities.
