In this context, teachers need to fully and consciously review and change their own presence, professional characteristics and growth so as to deal with the crisis of “Confucian Scholar”. Besides, it’s necessary for teachers to make a correct assessment of the situation and seize opportunities from a broad perspective.

Undoubtedly, teachers are still the most important workers in teaching even in the age of artificial intelligence and the irreplacement of teachers becomes more and more obvious. With the combination of the actual situation of the High School Attached to NWNU, Principal Jia put forward ten qualities excellent teachers should adhere to developing, including the fighting spirit, innovation of progressing with the times, lifelong devotion to teaching, dedication spirit, loving students just as gardeners love their flowers, dedication without considering personal losses, teamwork spirit with mutual cooperation, playing exemplary roles, the persistence spirit of studying assiduously and shouldering the responsibility of being doers.

The AI age brings challenges to the quality of teachers in a serious way so that teachers should open arms to improve their attainments concerning AI. By regarding AI as a kind of technological tool, teachers can improve their qualities actively.
