NWNU High School——Famous Chinese School Corridorreceived book donation from Northwest Polytechnical University and Tsinghua University and the ceremony was held in the second floor of our library on November 5th and 6th. Xiao-Peng Xiao, Vice President of Northwestern Polytechnical University , Qiao Hui, Party Secretary of Northwestern Polytechnical University School of Automation , Tang Yusheng, Admissions Director of Northwestern Polytechnic University, Professor Qu Shiru, Admission Leader of the Gansu branch of Northwestern Polytechnic University, Yang Fan, Deputy Director of Tsinghua University Admissions Office , Xue Jian Tuan, Admission Leader of Gansu branch of Tsinghua University, Jia Jinyuan, Principal of Northwest Normal University High School , Liu Guocai, deputy party secretary, vice principal Gou Xiaofeng, Jing Xiaomin and directors of various departments, student representatives of our school participated in the ceremony.
Principal Jia Jinyuan, vice principal Gou Xiaofeng introduced our school as a campus encouraging reading and learning and the development of Famous Chinese School Corridor. They also expressed thanks for the concerns and support of Northwest Polytechnical University and Tsinghua University. Professor Wan Xiaopeng and Deputy Director Yang Fan, respectively representing Northwest Polytechnical University and Tsinghua University, donated books to NWNU High School and delivered speeches. They gave full recognition to the achievements NWNU High School has made and expressions of supporting the development of Famous Chinese School Corridor. They hoped that through the Corridor, NWNU High School could make further improvements and build a larger platform for students in our school for enriching and cultivating students themselves.
Besides, during the ceremony, our school was awarded as “Source of Excellent Students in 2016” . Professor Yang Fan and Vice Principal Gou Xiaofeng held the Board-awarding Ritual.
