In the afternoon on May 30, 2016, the strategic cooperation signing ceremony of the  Galaxy International Community was held at the meeting room on the third floor in Crowne Plaza Lanzhou. The community is a key project of Lanzhou City in 2016, the overall reconstruction project of Baidaoping Village in Chengguan District. Provincial, municipal and district leaders, mainstream media from Lanzhou City, leaders from Gansu Yongkun Real Estate Co., Ltd and cooperative partners participated in the ceremony. Jia Jinyuan, Principal of the High School Attached to NWNU, Wang Wenhuai, Secretary of Party Committee and Vice Principal, Liu Guocai, Vice-Secretary of Party Committee, Gou Xiaofeng, Vice Principal, Jing Xiaomin, Vice Principal, and Zhou Aizu, Chief of staff, were invited to the ceremony.

Jia Jinyuan, on behalf of the High School Attached to NWNU, signed the strategic cooperative agreement with Lin Ximing, President of Gansu Yongkun Real Estate Co., Ltd. Zhang Shengyong, Vice Principal of our school and Zhang Tao, Director of the Office of Non-governmental Education of Gansu Provincial Educational Department, witnessed the singing ceremony.

The High School Attached to NWNU is among the first key high schools and model high schools in Gansu Province. It has made great achievements in education and teaching. Excellent students are cultivated every year and educational resources and experience accumulated, enjoying reputation in China and overseas.
The Galaxy International Community developed by Gansu Yongkun Real Estate Co., Ltd is located in Baidaoping Village, Qingbaishi Street, Chengguan District, Lanzhou City. With a total land area of 3,600 Mu, a total building area of 3 million square meters and an investment of 20 billion Yuan, the project is a key project of Lanzhou City in 2016. It is also the model and initial project of the strategy of west-to east expansion of Lanzhou City.
    The agreement on Joint School Running, signed by the High School Attached to NWNU and Gansu Yongkun Real Estate Co., Ltd, is a symbol of their cooperation on the Galaxy International Community, mutual benefit and advantage complement achieved between a school and an enterprise.

The cooperation is an exploration of our school to promote school-running system and innovation and to implement Law of Promoting Non-governmental Education of P. R. China,Long and mid-term Plan for Educational Reform and Development (2010-2020) and Suggestion for Promoting Non-governmental Education by Gansu Provincial Government(trial implementation). It is also an important step for Gansu Yongkun Real Estate Co., Ltd to develop high quality community. The cooperation will provide more opportunities for our school to achieve sustainable development and play its role as one of the model high schools in Gansu.Also, it will provide more high-quality services to the Galaxy International Community and the surrounding communities and inject vitality to the elementary education in Lanzhou.
