Madam Li, Representative of Education Section, British Embassy Beijing Visited Our School

On the morning of June 2nd 2016, accompanied by our principal Jia Jinyuan, our vice-principal Jing Xiaomin and Sun Liang, director of International Department, Li Zhuo, representative of Education Section, British Embassy Beijing, Zhou Li, director of Education Service Center of Gansu Province for International Exchange and Cooperation and Li Xia, AFS Project Supervisor visited our school. A meeting was held after the touring.
During the meeting, Principal Jia extended his great welcome at the visit of Madam Li on behalf of our school and our vice-principal Jing briefly introduced some basic information about our school, including the history, features of disciplines, faculty, teaching achievements as well as the status quo of international education development. Madam Li made an introduction to the situation about Chinese students’ studying in Britain, hoping that our school could make more efforts to expand the cooperation and exchange with the British high schools and universities on several aspects, such as cooperative education, student and staff exchanges, curriculum development and the establishment of friendly relationship with each other. Since frequent exchanges have always taken place between China and Britain, she has been looking forward to the fact that much more opportunities could be provided for Chinese students to study in Britain so as to promote a wider communication between China and Britain.
