National Education of Information Technology Application Ability Promotion Project for Primary and Secondary School Teachers or Seminar on Integration of Micro Courses and Subject Teaching Undertaken

From March 21st to 22nd , 2015, our school has successfully undertaken the “Seminar on Integration of Micro Courses and Subject Teaching”, which is organized by Beijing Normal University , aiming at guiding teachers to change their teaching concepts as well as to promote the micro course teaching mode.
The year 2013 witnesses the outburst of micro course concept in the educational field, earning high recognition from educators and teachers and occupying obvious advantage in the current reform of classroom teaching. The micro course teaching mode, short and student-oriented, changes the process of teaching and learning in the classroom and the role of teachers from being “ classroom actors” to “ directors behind the scene”, i.e. working as designers, organizers and guides of classroom learning together with the learning promoter. The development of the newly subject teaching mode is beneficial to enhancing the students’ self-learning capacities and the abilities of understanding and analyzing key and difficult points in learning.
