On the morning of March 1, 2016, Zhou Lilai, Director of Education Service Center Gansu Province for International Exchange visited the High School Attached to NWNU and had an discussion with Principal Jia Jinyuan on selecting and sending excellent high school graduates to study in France without paying tuition fee. Jing Xiaomin, Vice Principal, Sun Liang, Director of the International Department, Zhang Zhitian, Director of International Education Service Center participated in the discussion.

During the discussion, Director Zhou Lilai made an introduction to the program of studying in France. This program is an cooperation between Gansu Provincial Education Department and French Educational institute. Education Service Center Gansu Province for International Exchange and Cooperation was entrusted to implement the ADIUT program in 2016, which was the key program announced by French Minister of Education during his visit to China. The visa of ADIUT program will be approved more easily than that of other programs.
After the discussion, Director Zhou Lilai carried out a survey on AFS teaching, management and implementation and communicated with AFS teachers and students. Director Zhou Lilai granted full recognition to the work of foreign students and hoped that international exchange and cooperation could be carried out in higher level in the High School Attached to NWNU.
