荆孝民，男，汉族，中共党员，西北师范大学教育技术专业本科，教育硕士学位，教育博士，中学高级教师。
2001年2月至2002年6月，担任西北师大附中信息技术教研组组长；2002年6月至2008年5月，任西北师大附中办公室副主任；2008年6月至2012年5月，任西北师大附中办公室主任、党总支委员；2012年7月至2015年9月，担任西北师大附中校长助理兼办公室主任、党委委员；2015年4月负责代理国际部工作。2015年9月至2023年6月任西北师大附中副校长。

2007年7月被省教育厅、省环保局授予“全省绿色学校工作‘优秀教师’”
2008年5月被国家环保部宣教中心授予“全国绿色学校校园环境管理项目优秀教师”
