The two demo classes of the teachers from the International Department of The High School Attached to Northwest Normal University showed a realistic situation of the basic stage of academic English in high school, and English teaching must be closely surround the cultivation of the core quality of English subjects, payed attention to two key links of “input” and “output”, so as to improve the effective increment of language interaction in the classroom and promote language learning for students. The course linking of primary and high school should focused on training the students cross-cultural ability, the deep learning, the differentiation and personalized training, and the development of subjects and students from an international perspective. English teaching should constantly enrich learning and its resources, change the way of teaching and learning, improve the means of evaluation, and use science and technology about English teaching to help students to learn foreign languages better in non-native language environment and to realize the essence of language teaching. Multi-lingual talents are new growth points based on the national development needs, train the future outstanding international talents.
